All prices shared through email, WhatsApp, quotations, or website forms are:

• Exclusive of taxes, shipping, installation, and government duties
• Subject to change without prior notice
• Valid only for the duration mentioned in the quotation

A formal Purchase Order (PO) is required to begin production.

4. Orders, Payments & Processing

Once an order is confirmed:

• Payment terms must be followed as per the quotation
• Delay in payments may result in production delays
• Blacknut is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or late payment clearance

5. Delivery & Logistics

Delivery timelines shared by Blacknut are estimated and may vary based on:

• Material availability
• Production queue
• Transport conditions
• Unforeseen events such as strikes, natural causes, or regulatory delays

Once goods are handed over to the transporter, the responsibility of safe delivery lies with the logistics provider. Insurance can be arranged upon request.

6. Installation, Training & Support

Blacknut offers installation assistance and operator training for eligible machinery. The customer must provide the required:

• Electrical connection
• Space and foundation
• Labour support
• Raw material for machine testing

Any additional visits or re-installation caused due to site unpreparedness may incur extra charges.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Service

Blacknut provides a standard warranty on major machinery components as mentioned in the quotation. Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or mishandling of machinery
• Wear-and-tear parts such as bearings, belts, gaskets
• Damage caused by incorrect electrical supply
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Accidents, fire, water damage, or environmental factors

Service and spare parts are available on request. Charges may apply depending on the warranty status.

8. Intellectual Property
